Layered with vanilla wafers and fresh bananas, it’s a perfect treat for gatherings, potlucks, or as a comforting family dessert.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Inactive Time: 5 minutes (for chilling)

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients:

• 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed milk)

• 1¾ cups cold water

• 1 (6 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix

• 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed

• Vanilla wafers

• Bananas, sliced

Instructions:

2. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix to the milk mixture. Beat the mixture well until smooth.

3. Chill the pudding mixture in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to set slightly.

4. After chilling, fold in the Cool Whip gently until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

5. In a large glass bowl, spoon a layer of the pudding mixture on the bottom.

6. Add a layer of vanilla wafers over the pudding, then a layer of sliced bananas.

7. Repeat the layering process twice more, ensuring to end with a layer of the pudding mixture on top.

8. For a decorative finish, you can garnish the top with additional vanilla wafers or banana slices.

9. Chill the banana pudding in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes to Make it Better:

• For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the pudding mixture.

• You can also layer the pudding in individual serving cups for a personalized touch.

• For a chocolate twist, try using chocolate wafer cookies instead of vanilla wafers.
