Ingredients:
• 1 cup margarine, softened
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
• 2 cups crushed potato chips
• 1 (6 oz.) package butterscotch chips
• 2½ cups plain flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cookie sheet and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened margarine, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla flavoring to the creamed mixture and stir well.
4. Gently fold in the crushed potato chips.
