Cheesy Stuffed Spaghetti with Pork Bolognese Sauce Recipe

Hey y'all! Are you in the mood for some good ol' comfort food? Look no further, because I've got the perfect recipe for you: cheesy stuffed pasta with a savory pork bolognese sauce.

Now, I know what you might be thinking. "Pasta with meat sauce? That's not exactly groundbreaking." But trust me, this ain't your ordinary spaghetti and meatballs. The addition of ooey gooey cheese inside the pasta really takes this dish to the next level, making it a fan favorite for both kids and adults alike.

But the real star of the show here is the pork bolognese sauce. It's rich, flavorful, and oh so satisfying. I like to slow cook my pork in the sauce for hours to really let the flavors meld together and give the meat a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture. And of course, I can't forget to mention the secret ingredient that takes this sauce over the top: a splash of red wine. It adds a depth of flavor that you just can't get with any other ingredient.

Now, I know what you're probably thinking. "This all sounds great, but I don't have hours to spend cooking a sauce. Is there a shortcut?" Don't you worry, I've got you covered. While I do recommend taking the time to let the sauce simmer and really let the flavors develop, if you're in a rush you can use a good quality store-bought marinara sauce as a base and add in your cooked pork and red wine. It won't be quite as good as the homemade version, but it'll still be darn tasty.

Once you've got your sauce ready, it's time to stuff those pasta shells. I like to use jumbo shells because they're big enough to stuff with a good amount of cheese and they hold their shape well when baked. Simply boil the pasta according to the package instructions, stuff with your cheese of choice (I love using a blend of mozzarella and parmesan), and place in a baking dish. Pour the pork bolognese sauce over the top and sprinkle with a little extra cheese. Pop it in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve this dish up with a side of garlic bread and a simple green salad, and you've got a meal that's fit for a king (or queen)! I guarantee that this cheesy stuffed pasta with pork bolognese sauce will become a new family favorite. So go ahead and give it a try, and let me know what you think.

Happy cooking, y'all!
