- 1 Lb ground chicken meat
- 1 tbsps garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp fresh ginger

- 1-2 tsps toasted sesame oil
- 1-2 tsps salt
- 1-2 tsps white pepper
- 1-2 tsps msg or accent
- 1 box of ramen broth
- 2 tbsps shoaxing Chinese cooking wine or rice wine vinegar
- 1-2 tbsps chicken bouillon, concentrate or powder
- 2 tsps toasted sesame oil
- 6 cups of water
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
Instructions
- Add all ingredients for chicken meatballs in a bowl and combine together well. Make as many meatballs as you like, I went with medium sized meatballs but you can make yours bigger or smaller.
- Once meatballs are done set to the side.
- In a large pot add remaining ingredients except for the noodles.
- Add the meatballs into the pot with the liquid and cook on a low simmer for 30-35 minutes until the insides of your meatballs are done and they start to float. It does not need to be on a high boil, just simmering is good enough.
- Once broth is done add in the noodles and let them steep for 3-5 minutes. I used Japanese ramen noodles so it didn’t take long, but if you’re using a different kind of noodle then please follow package instructions.
- Once done top with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve and enjoy!
