Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop your potatoes.
  2. Add them to your pot and cover with water.
  3. Boil until fork tender and mash the potatoes. There shouldn’t be much water left. You can drain it if you want to but we don’t.
  4. Add your butter, salt, black pepper and evaporated milk. Mash and mix together until desired consistency.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
