Instructions:

  1. Boil your eggs until hard boiled.
  2. When cooked, peel them under cold running water so the shells come off easily.
  3. Set them on a paper towel and pat dry after peeling.
  4. Place them in your bowl and mush away.
  5. Add your mayonnaise.
  6. Add your mustard.
  7. Add your sweet pickle relish.
  8. Mix well and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  9. Serve on regular white bread or toasted bread. Enjoy!
