Instructions:

  1. Add everything to your Crockpot Turbo Express. Except the heavy cream.
  2. Hit the “Manual” button on your Crockpot Turbo Express.
  3. Hit the “Simmer” button on your Crockpot Turbo Express.
  4. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes.
  5. Remove parmesan rind.
  6. Immersion blend your soup until smooth.
  7. Add to a bowl and top with a little heavy cream if you wish. Even have it with a nice hot and gooey grilled cheese!
