Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Inactive Time: 5 minutes Servings: 8 rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 tube of refrigerated croissant roll dough (8 count)

  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the croissant dough packaging, usually around 375°F (190°C).

2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into 8 triangles at the perforations.

3. Sprinkle a generous portion of shredded mozzarella cheese on the wider end of each triangle, then roll the dough tightly around the cheese, starting from the wide end and moving towards the point.

4. Arrange each roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring the point is tucked under.

5. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and parsley.

6. Brush each roll liberally with the garlic butter mixture.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissant rolls are golden brown.

8. Allow the rolls to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm, with the cheese perfectly melted and gooey!

Notes:

  • Consider sprinkling some grated Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls before baking for an additional flavor boost.

  • Monitor the rolls while they bake, as oven temperatures may vary.
