Six hard-boiled eggs, 24 Baltic tiny Swedish shrimp, one jar of Swedish caviar, fresh dill and chives for decoration, and optional blue, green, and yellow water colouring are all need to prepare them. Boil the eggs, then let them cool and cut them in half before soaking them in the colored water for the night. Garnish each egg with caviar, shrimp, and mayonnaise. These eggs are ideal for Easter and should be served chilled.

Instructions

  1. Boil your eggs until hard boiled.
  2. Let cool and peel your eggs under running water.
  3. Place two eggs in a bowl of blue water dye.
