Ingredients:
1 bag of crinkle cut French fries
Cooking oil for frying
Lawry’s seasoning salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat your cooking oil in a deep fryer or large pot to around 375°F.
2. Carefully add the crinkle cut fries to the hot oil in batches, don’t overcrowd the pot.
3. Fry the fries until they’re golden brown and crispy. This should take about 3-5 minutes depending on the thickness of the fries.
4. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fries from the oil and drain them on a wire rack or paper towels.
5. While the fries are still hot, sprinkle them with Lawry’s seasoning salt. Toss the fries gently to ensure they’re evenly coated.
6. Serve immediately for the best taste and enjoy!
Notes:
Be sure to season the fries while they’re still hot, the heat helps the seasoning to stick better.
Always be careful when frying with hot oil to prevent burns.
