Granny Sue’s Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs, pressure cooked until tender & chopped
- 1/2 cup green grapes, diced or 1/4 cup'data-amount-secondary='38 g'>1/4 cup green grapes diced and 1/4 cup red grapes diced
- 1 small bag of pecans, chopped
- 3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 large sweet onion, diced
- 1 tbsp of sweet pickled relish
- 1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook your chicken until tender. Once done chop it up and allow to cool.
- In a bowl add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Once chicken has cooked add the chicken to the bowl.
- Season to Taste.
