Ingredients:
• 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
2. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or jar for storage.
3. Use as desired in pumpkin pies, lattes, oatmeal, or other fall-inspired recipes.
Notes:
1. For a fresher, more intense flavor, grind whole spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice) yourself.
2. Adjust the spice ratios to taste. Some prefer more cinnamon or a touch less ginger. Experiment to find your perfect blend.
3. Store in a cool, dry place. The spice mix can last up to 6 months, but it’s best when used within the first three months for maximum flavor.
