Ingredients:

For the Meat Sauce:

• 1 lb ground pork

• 1 lb ground beef

• 1 carrot, finely chopped

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 onion, chopped

• 2 stalks celery, chopped

• 1 bell pepper, chopped

• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

• 1 can (28 oz) canned tomatoes

• 3 tbsp tomato paste

• 2 tbsp butter

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp oregano

• Salt to taste

• 1 tbsp chopped parsley

• 1 tsp basil

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• 1/2 tsp chili flakes

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp onion powder

For the Pasta:

• 1 lb spaghetti noodles, cooked al dente

• 1 block cream cheese, softened

• 1 tsp garlic salt

• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Cheese Sauce:

• 2 cups milk

• 2 tbsp butter

• 6 slices Kraft Singles burger cheese

• 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Meat Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, celery, and bell pepper until softened.

2. Add ground pork and ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces. Drain excess fat if necessary.

3. Stir in mushrooms, canned tomatoes, and tomato paste. Season with oregano, salt, parsley, basil, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

4. Prepare Pasta: While the sauce is simmering, mix cooked spaghetti noodles with softened cream cheese, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

5. Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add milk and bring to a simmer. Add Kraft Singles and stir until melted. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.

6. Assemble: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a deep baking dish, layer the spaghetti mixture at the bottom. Pour the meat sauce over the noodles, then cover with cheese sauce.

7. Bake: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden on top.

8. Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes to Make it Better:

• For an extra kick, add a layer of red pepper flakes on top of the meat sauce before the cheese sauce.

• Fresh herbs like basil or parsley can be sprinkled on top after baking for a burst of freshness.
