  • 2 cans of veg-all (or for my European followers, 2 cans of mixed vegetables like corn, carrots, peas & potatoes, drained)

  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes

  • 1 bottle of tomato juice

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 2-3 packets of sweet-n-low or 1 tbsps of sugar or artificial sweetener
