White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pink Valentines Day Cookies

- Melt your butter and allow it to cook to the side.
- Whisk together your eggs, sugar, vanilla and food coloring.
- Once butter has cooled add to your egg mixture and whisk well together.
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Line two cooking sheets with baking paper.
- Scoop out 24 equal sized portions for the cookies.
- Roll them in balls and press a little flat on the cooking sheets allowing a little room in-between each cookie. I did 3x4 allowing 12 cookies per sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes each sheet.
- Once done, place on a wire cooling rack and allow to fully cook before serving.
