  7. Scoop out 24 equal sized portions for the cookies.
  8. Roll them in balls and press a little flat on the cooking sheets allowing a little room in-between each cookie. I did 3x4 allowing 12 cookies per sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes each sheet.
  10. Once done, place on a wire cooling rack and allow to fully cook before serving.
  11. Enjoy!
