Made with ground pork, garlic, brown sugar, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, and paprika, this sausage is the perfect combination of flavors and spices.

This recipe comes from one of my good friends, we're both in a cooking group called FoodTok TV and he gave me this recipe to try. It's a great recipe, especially since American breakfast sausage is hard to find where I live in Sweden. I really enjoyed the recipe but for myself, I might cut back a little on the thyme. But overall, I really enjoyed it with eggs, biscuits, and maple syrup!

The Health Benefits of Pork

Pork is a great source of protein, which is essential for maintaining healthy muscles, bones, and skin. It is also a good source of other important nutrients such as thiamin, vitamin B12, and selenium. Pork is also a good source of iron which helps to make red blood cells that help to carry oxygen throughout the body.
