Beef Tips and Rice is a delicious and comforting dish that combines tender sirloin tip meat with flavorful vegetables and savory seasonings. This hearty recipe is perfect for a satisfying family meal or special occasions. The succulent beef tips are seared to perfection, then simmered in a rich and flavorful sauce until tender. Served over a bed of fluffy rice, this dish is a crowd-pleaser that will warm your heart and please your taste buds.

  1. Prepare your onion, green bell pepper, and meat. Cut the meat into bite-size pieces and discard any extra fat or silver skin. Chop the onion and green bell pepper, removing any seeds and peeling.
  2. Coat the meat in the flour well in a bowl and set it aside.
  3. In your Crockpot Turbo Express, hit the "Manual" button. Then hit the "Sauté/Brown" button. Then hit the "Start/Stop" button. Let it heat up.
  4. Add your oil or butter and let it melt and brown.
  5. Add your vegetables and sauté until tender.
  6. Once done, remove the vegetables from the pan.
  7. Add in more oil or butter and let it melt.
  8. Add in your meat and let it brown on all sides in the melted butter or hot oil.
  9. Once done searing, add back in your vegetables.
  10. Add your water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and seasonings.
  11. Close the lid and the pressure valve on Crockpot Turbo Express.
  12. Hit the "Manual" button again.
  13. Hit the "Turbo Express" button and set it on HIGH pressure for 25-30 minutes.
  14. Once done, turn the valve and release the pressure. Once all pressure is gone, remove the lid carefully. It will be hot.
  15. In a small bowl, mix together 1/3 of the water and 3 tablespoons of flour, making sure there are no clumps. Add it to the Crockpot Turbo Express.
  16. Hit the "Manual" button again and then hit the "Simmer" button. Hit the "Start/Stop" button and simmer until your desired thickness.
  17. Once done, hit the "Start/Stop" button and hit the "Keep Warm" button.
