• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1-inch ginger, grated

• 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

• 2 green onions, sliced

• 1 cup spinach or bok choy, chopped

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Optional garnishes: Soft-boiled egg, seaweed, sesame seeds

Instructions:
