Ingredients

  • 1, 5 Lb pork tenderloin
  • 1, pack of bacon
  • 2-3 tbsps Montreal seasoning mix
  • 1/2-1 cup apricot preserves

  3. Season your pork tenderloin well with the Montreal seasoning mix.
  4. Using the plastic wrap, wrap the pork tenderloin with the bacon tightly.
  5. Place in your raised roasting pan with bacon ends laying down and folded under.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
