• 12 ripe plums, halved and pitted

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

• 2 tbsp honey

• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

• Optional: Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare Plums: Arrange the plum halves, cut side up, in a large baking dish.

3. Make Spice Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
