Ingredients:

• 6 large eggs

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

• 1 tsp mustard (Dijon or yellow)

• 1 tsp white vinegar

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• Paprika, for garnish

• Optional: Chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Boil Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let stand in hot water for about 10 minutes. Then, place in cold water to cool.

2. Peel Eggs: Once cool, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

3. Prepare Filling: Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

4. Fill Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

5. Garnish: Sprinkle each egg half with paprika. Optionally, add chopped chives or parsley for extra flavor and color.

6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

• Filling Variations: You can add ingredients like relish, bacon, or hot sauce to the yolk mixture for different flavors.

• Making Ahead: Deviled eggs can be made a day ahead. Keep them refrigerated until serving.

• Peeling Tip: Older eggs peel more easily than fresh eggs.
