Mommas Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce with mushrooms + 1/2 jar of water rinsing the jar out
- 1 package of spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- 1-2 tsps of lawrys garlic salt or 1-2 tsps of garlic salt + 1 tsp of dried parsley
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the onions.
- Boil the noodles until Al dente or as directed on the noodles packaging.
- Once noodles are done, drain them and add all pasta ingredients back to the pot and stir well until melted and set to the side.
- Once the ground beef has cooked, drain any grease.
- Add the mushrooms, sauce and water. Cook until water evaporated and the sauce is thick again.
- Once done plate with pasta first and then add sauce on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
