  • 1- 1 1/2 tbsps of chicken fond, chicken concentrate or bouillon
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmigiana cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 tsps of butter, salted
  • 1 tbsp of French stone ground dijon mustard
  • 3-4 cups of milk

  1. Boil and have your spinach and ricotta tortellini cooked and ready.
