Granny Sue’s Meatloaf Recipe

This recipe recounts my family's history through Granny Sue's Heirloom Meatloaf Recipe. The recipe has been passed down from generation to generation in Europe, where it first appeared. The recipe has been fine-tuned by Granny Sue to achieve the ideal harmony of tastes and textures. Hamburger meat, sliced onions, and stale bread go into this meatloaf, which is topped with a ketchup sauce that caramelizes wonderfully during baking. White gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, and coleslaw are some of the classic accompaniments. This recipe is a tribute to the time and effort that goes into cooking for one's loved ones and includes several mouthwatering dishes for a full family meal.

Copycat Texas Roadhouse Road-Kill Chopped Steak Recipe

This recipe will give you a taste of the famous Road-Kill Chopped Steak from Texas Roadhouse right in your own kitchen. First, slice and peel one large onion as thin as possible. In a skillet, add the onions to low heat with butter, sugar, and a little black pepper. Cook the onions until they are caramelized. While the onions are cooking, mix 1 lb of ground beef in a medium-sized bowl with 1 tsp of seasoned salt like Lawry's, 3 tbsps of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2-1 tsp of black pepper. Divide the beef mixture into four hamburger patties. Once the onions are done cooking, add a can of button or sliced mushrooms and crank up the heat to medium. Cook the mushrooms until all the water from the can has evaporated and the mushrooms start to char slightly. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and place them in a bowl to the side. Add the ground beef patties to the skillet and fry on each side for 3-5 minutes. Once you flip them over to fry on the other side, load them up with the caramelized onions and mushrooms. Top the patties with 4 slices of Monterey Jack Cheese or any cheese you prefer, and turn off the heat. Let the residual heat melt the cheese. Once done, serve the patties with some mashed potatoes, corn and a dinner roll. Enjoy your homemade version of Copycat Texas Roadhouse's Road-Kill Chopped Steak.

Creole Hamburger & Rice Recipe

Bring the flavors of Creole cuisine to your kitchen with this delicious hamburger and rice dish. Start by prepping your ingredients - dice the bell pepper, onion, celery and mince the garlic. In a soup pot, heat up the oil, butter and add in the ground beef and vegetables. Cook until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper to taste. Continue cooking until the liquid from the vegetables and meat has evaporated. Next, add in the no-salt vegetable bouillon cubes and rice, and toast for an additional 5 minutes. Finally, pour in 3 cups of water and cook until the rice has finished soaking up all the water. Serve in a bowl and top with sour cream, siracha sauce and fresh chopped cilantro for a satisfying and flavorful meal. Enjoy!
